Pork Carnitas Roast is traditionally served on top of mashed potatoes with savory broth gravy that it is cooked in. It comes with a side veggie and either yeast rolls, buttered croissants, or sweet yellow cornbread.

Homemade Chicken & Dumplings just like Mama used to make! This southern favorite can warm you up and is served with desired "dipper" (crackers, bread, etc.). We prepare these dumplings with our homemade rolled and cut dough cooked in the broth made from the preparation of the chicken.
